1. NATURE OF PRODUCTS
SOULPRO deals in food products (makhana and related consumables) which fall under perishable and consumable goods.
Due to safety, hygiene, and quality control standards:
- Returns are generally not accepted once the product has been delivered.
- Exceptions apply only under specific conditions mentioned below.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN / REPLACEMENT
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund only under the following circumstances:

- Product received in a physically damaged condition
- Packaging is tampered, torn, or leaking
b) Incorrect Product Delivered
- Product received does not match the order placed
c) Expired or Defective Product
- Product is expired at the time of delivery
- Product has a manufacturing defect affecting usability
3. TIMEFRAME TO REPORT ISSUES
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Requests raised after this period will not be accepted

8. NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

9. ORDER CANCELLATION
Before Dispatch:
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund
After Dispatch:
- Cancellation is not allowed

- Improper storage after delivery
- Damage caused due to mishandling by the customer
